Return Deadline
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be new, unused, unopened and in the same condition as when received.

Attention : For hygiene reasons, any opened or used product cannot be returned.
Return Procedure

Wait for our validation and our instructions before returning the package.
Please do not return your purchase to the original shipping address without our confirmation. -
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

Exchanges
